Welcome to Octagames, a web-based gaming platform owned and operated by Octasub, a company registered in Nigeria. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Octagames platform, including all tournaments and services. By using Octagames, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must:
* Be at least 13 years old to use Octagames.
* Have permission from a parent / guardian if under 18.
* Accept these Terms fully and truthfully.

2. Accounts

* You may need an account to access certain features.
* Keep your credentials secure.
* You are responsible for activity on your account.
* Octagames reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Octacoins and Virtual Currency

* Octacoins are the official virtual currency of Octagames, used to enter tournaments.
* Octacoins can be purchased but are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value.
* Octacoins cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation outside of Octagames.
* We may change Octacoin pricing or usage at any time.

* Rewards are distributed based on player rankings at the end of each tournament.
* A leaderboard tracks all participants during the tournament.
* Final positions on the leaderboard determine reward
Octagames reserves the right to withhold rewards from users found cheating or violating the Terms.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You must not:
* Use cheats, bots, hacks, or exploits.
* Manipulate gameplay, tournament outcomes, or Octacoin systems.
* Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or staff.
* Interfere with the normal functioning of the platform.

7. No User-Generated Content

Users are not permitted to upload or share their own content on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including assets, code, and branding — is owned by Octasub or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

* Octagames is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
* We are not responsible for downtime, loss of rewards due to disconnections, or any form of indirect or consequential damage.
* Octasub will not be liable for any loss or damage related to virtual currencies or tournament outcomes.

10. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we do, we will update the Effective Date and notify users where appropriate. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Octagames if you:
* Violate any Terms
* Disrupt the platform
* Engage in harmful or fraudulent behavior
No refunds will be given upon termination due to violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Legal disputes shall be handled within Nigerian jurisdiction.
